"Locally Respected Globally Connected"

[The Distribution] Greg Grease “Glass Ceilings” (prod. by Trelly Mo)

Minneapolis emcee Greg Grease comes through with another banger off his Cornbread’s Comingseries leading up to this fall’s release of his albumCornbread, Pearl & G.

This time we find Greg rocking over the spacey production of Trelly Mo on “Glass Ceilings.” The single is a demonstration of Greg Grease’s original artistry and a departure from what we are used to hearing from the emcee. “Glass Ceilings” gives listeners a look at what it takes in order to stay on the path of creating great music and avoiding those that put out wack music but still call it Hip Hop. The single is done over a backdrop that allows Greg to showcase his diversity with the mic by not playing it safe with a production style we have grown accustomed to hearing him rock over.
